Aim to improve the efficeny of the equipment &prediction .Then to insure realize the enterprise plan of the production smoothly. To combine the malfunction modular analysis with the ABC Classification of the equipment in its application in order to realize the share of the malfunction alarm system and the equipment inventory management information. Therefore, it can guide the enterprises to maintain the equipment ahead of time to assure the secure production and lower cost. The paper, taking the implynation asdirection, the promotion of service level as goal, explores the functional module of the system and gives a simple design of the construction of the data table. It also lay a strong base for the management system of Lu'an Jianlai Chemical Company. And it also the same function for the management of the same enterprise.
