Design And Implementation Of Student Financial Assistance System In Universities Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

With the reform of charging system on higher education in China and the acceleration of popular culture, the number of poor students is more and more great. The problem of subsidization to poor students is relate to the development and reform of higher education, the stability of school and social.The problem of subsidization to poor students has become the priority in the students management of university. Thus, it is necessary to design and developed a highly efficient, reasonable, comprehensive student financial assistance system to improve the management.According to general characteristics of student financial assistant at present. This paper for example student financial assistant of Yulin university, analysises user requiments, adopts B/S structure, ASP.NET and ADO.NET. The student financial assistant system in universities is designed and developed. First,the system funtion,perform and security are requirements in this paper. Second, the paper designs in datail system funtion struture,system frameworks and database. And it contaion online applications for students, information management of poor students, assistance management and system management. In the model of poor student verification, The system adopt the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the poor degree of students, ensure fair and equitable student financial assistant of the results.Currently, the system has been achieved and already passed the test, and the functions have been fulfilled as expected. It was shown in Practice that the system can improve the effieieney of offical business in school and make standardization of the management.
