Prison Health Management Of Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation System For Research And Implementation

Based on the systematically studying and understanding of the common theories and methods of system evaluation as well as the principals, methods and steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this article sets up an evaluation index system and a multi-hierachical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the work process of prison living and sanitation management evaluation. After analyzing the functions and tasks of prison living and sanitation management, the author presents a set of rational and realistic evaluation index system. Then using the thoughts and methods of software engineering, the author designs and implements a prison living and sanitation management evaluation assisting system based on the work processes of prison living and sanitation management evaluation. According to the analysis of examples, based on the fundamental information database of prison living and sanitation management, as well as evaluate the prison living and sanitation management work easily, quickly and scientifically, this system can support the decision-making activities of the leadership in prison living and sanitation management. The main work in the article can be concluded as follows:1. Based on the principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and according to the features of prison living and sanitation management, the paper presents the process and steps of prison living and sanitation management work.2. The article sets up a multi-hierachical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of prison living and sanitation management corresponding to the work process of prison living and sanitation management.3. Based on the analyzing of the factors influencing prison living and sanitation management work, and following the basic principles of setting up evaluation index systems, the paper sets up an evaluation index system for prison living and sanitation management.4. Having joined the second-period development of Hu'nan Prison Administration Management Information System (PAMIS), the author designs and implements a prototype of prison living and sanitation management evaluation assisting system using the thoughts and methods of software engineering.
