| With the development of information technology, informationization in the enterprises is developed rapidly. In addition, when the enterprises scope and the business scope expand, information systems become necessary for the enterprises to increase their capabilities of market adaptation and competition. In this thesis, an information system is designed and partially implemented according to the real situation of Panjin Northern Asphalt CO.LTD.Since its business processes are analyzed first in the thesis. Research and improvement work for the overall design of the information systems program has been done. Furthermore, "the second step" of the information system of the enterprises is determined at the same time. The main work in this step is to establish the facilities management system and the management system for human resources. By analyzing the status and characteristics of correlated systems from abroad and in domain, the object-oriented methods and UML modeling tools is introduced to solve the problem of the information systems for large process enterprises and traditional structured analysis methods which cannot meet the needs of the information systems for large process enterprises.The detailed analysis and modeling design for the main business are implemented by usecase diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, state machine diagram and implementation diagram in the paper. Since many factors affecting the maintenance of the facilities in the process enterprises have fuzzy characters, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used. Besides, taking property indicators, maintenance indicators and economic indicators in consideration, trichotomy-membership function is adopted to decide the stagedy of facilities' maintenance. The results show that this fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method achieves the smartest choice.Based on the above analysis, some functions of the two systems are implemented by Java language in MyEclipse6.0 and MYSQL database. |
