Major Oil Equipment Investment Evaluation System Realization

As the vital content of modern enterprise management, equipment management is very important. Nowdays, enterprises pay more and more attention to the selection of equipments type and investment, how to get a comprehensive evaluation of those equipments selected , this question becomes the important research work of enterprises management sectors.From the viewpoint of application , this paper has studied all kinds of key technology procedures and necessity, this research is on the basis of comprehensive analysis of important equipments investment management in those petroleum enterprises at home and abroad. Following the principle of theory linking to facts, we establish the investment evaluation system of important petroleum equipments. For the first time, this system put forward the comprehensive evaluation index system of important petroleum equipments investment and type selection . Including five level-one standards and thirteen level-two standards . The set of weights has been decided by hierarchy analysis method .Then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the comprehensive overall score method to evaluate those equipments separately .According to the principle of maximum fuzzy membership degree . Equipments has been given the conclusion of "good or bad". At the same time, the third method of evaluation has been designed out, it is the comprehensive evaluation model based on nerve network .On the basis of the three evaluation methods, using voting to get the last decision , it enhances the reliability of decision making .And preliminarily discussing on the question of multiple equipments selection.These important petroleum equipments are the research objects of this paper , but the research result is applicable to the investment management of those other equipments , this system of important petroleum equipments comprehensive investment evaluation runs reliably, and it is visual, easy to operate , maintain, upgrade, port . So this system has a bright future of application.
