For many years past, the traditional school education pays more attention to the intellectual education than to the moral education, results in a period of talents with "highly intellectual and lower practical ability" , which causes serious doubt about the school education from the society! It also leads to an emergent topic that the present school education fosters not only the qualified talents with special abilities but also the socialized person in need of the social needs and development.Theory of Multiple Intelligence put forward by Howard Gardner, the American psychologist from Harvard University, attracts much attention from all over the world, turns into one of the main methods in reforming the education system in many western countries. Many experiments have been done and Multiple Intelligence School has been built up in the United States. It also spreads in China and caters to implementing the Qualified Education and deepening our education reform.Theory of Multiple Intelligence provides us an unique instruction, making full use of the students' intelligent advantages and learning the same knowledge by various entrance, which breakthroughs the traditional teaching system.The secondary vocational education has its own characters, which is also a special level to implementing the qualified education. To the students, the educator needs not only enlarge the student' advantages but also make up their disadvantages, provides the students more opportunities and broader space of developing themselves. "No students not deserving taught, only education not fitting the students" . Everyone can be talented only if they get the suitable education and their special abilities get improved.
