Design And Achievement Of Tape Information Management System For TV Station

The magnetic tape resources is the most important resources in the television work. According to the actual circumstance that current television program of main saving medium is still magnetic tape, and in order to making the television medium develop quickly in nowadays, the author designs an application system which uses C/S structure and is special for the tape management: The magnetic tape information manages system. After the system is brought into action, customers can carry on sharing of information and functional invoke as long as the user is in the TV LAN interior. Design and implement of this system not only makes the management work in television station more normal, but also fills up a technique blank in information management in provincial broadcast television and makes the tape information management move forward a major step toward the modernization.In the paper, first of all ,the author analyzes the development background of this system and the development circumstance of the information management of each television station inside the country; summarizes the main problems needed to be resolved; briefly introduces main technique and main contribution adopted by system. On the design of system, author proceeds strictly according to unified modeling language UML. The systematic demand analysis adopts UML Use Case View and State Transition to represent users' mostly demand; frame structure adopts systematic Sequence Diagram , Deployment View to represent system's design; detailing adopts Class View to represent static structure and State Transition to represent dynamic structure. In realization part, system adopts Delphi7 development environment combining with InterBase database to carry on. In the concrete implement process, by using magnetic tape alternate column and pull-down menu item, the author has many multifarious function in the system , and makes the user complete manifold different function in one window which realizes the design purpose that decreases window interface and reduce operation steps and makes the whole system more simple and direct and easily to use.For this magnetic tape information management system not only designs for the management of the basic information, but also has to complete management function for relative relevant information, the system has to contain multi-different function at modular setup. The main modules include: connection module, tapes' borrowing and returning management module, tapes' inquiring module, tapes' information sorting module, statistical forms and print module. Every module includes some different sub-modules to realize different function. The final system can not only complete management of tape basic information, management of tapes' borrowing and returning but also query and sort according to the users' own need, and proceed systematic management to blank tape and program finished product. Such design not only puts an end to the resources waste, but also promotes informational accuracy rating. Furthermore, for the system implement information sharing and function invoke at LAN interior, thereby.it predigests working process, economizes office hours, advances working efficiency and makes tape management move up a new step.
