| In the article we introduced present situation and the system development as wellas the main fuctions of management information system. Analyzing business of cadreorganization system. According to actual need of cadre organization system, Westudied the analysis and design by the method of object-oriented programming. In thesystem we adopted C/S as system structure and applied Delphi7 as the platform ofdevelopment and SQL Server 2000 as DBMS.The system included cadre basic information management, cadre appointedmanagement, cadre information query and system security and so on.Delphi Combine the merits of both traditional programmed language and ObjectPascal and database language. Delphi can be used for both conventional arithmeticprogramming and database programming. SQL Server has strong functions includingunique query, combining query, vague query and accurate query and these functionsare used well in the system. In the system, in order to optimize the query, wecollected continuously a lot of information including some data, and according to theresults, different methods are applied. The results showed both accurate query andvague query were achieved efficiently. Besides, the most relevant records and mostuncertain relativity were presented simultaneously. In order to get betterman-computer interaction, the Business Skin Form of VCL series was adopted andthe clients can change these interface according to their preference, therefore thereadability of program is enhanced.The study has a good value in some aspects such as how to develop a perfectMIS and how to improve the efficiency the system. |
