FOTON MOULD MES is another oriented-foundational management application system to improve execute entERPrise efficiency and reach the info industrialization after BEIQI FOTON MOTOR CO..LTD. WEIFANG MOULD PLANT has adopted the PDM CAPP ERP systems. The targets are mainly to research the key technology of MOULD ENTERPRISE MES system. For example: 1: the product plan can be delamination controlled; 2: the workshop plan detailed, so as to improve row product efficiency and accurate degree; 3: the manual labor ticket can be abolished, the labor assigned by using Internet system; 4: The man-hour can be gathered automatically, which enhances the accuracy of man-hour; 5: The actual device load gathering can be realized; 6: The realization of cost dynamic statistics can enhance the cost accuracy and timeliness; 7: the real-time accurate progress feedback can provide the support for the decision-making strata.In this article, the detailed analysis on system user demand of FOTON MOULD MES was done. Compared with the union entERPrise's situation, the key technology of MOULD ENTERPRISE MES system was analyzed, as well as the system overall demand and the subsystem functions demand. It is important to explain the elaboration on the essential technical system combined with the system in entERPrise's application situation.This article can solve the following questions:Firstly, product plan can be management delamination. ERP is responsible for the factory plan as well as MRP operations and make the work central ability demand in the forecasted period; MES is responsible to make the detailed workshop manufactural plan based on the factory plan.Secondly, the labor assigned by using internet system, the manufactural infomation can be gathered, the numerical control machine can be watched. Through PLC controller & monitor methods, the machine was controlled to open-stop, running, raising a alarm and the machine main axle rotational speed, obtaining the running status of the machine, which can realize the effective monitoring to the mold manufactural essential equipment - Numerical Ccontrol machine.Thirdly, production process can be controlled detailedly. through the accuratestatistic to the current process, the machine, the operator, the beginning and ending time of the working procedure, and so on, the production cost is precisely counted and the production process is traced.Fourthly, through the inquiry realization of B/S structure, it is convenient that the different personnel obtain manufactural information, which also can provide the reference for the decision-making of leadership.
