The Research And Implement On Forest Resources Management Information System Based On GIS

This paper is on the base of forest resource data of shan xi province. Because of complex of data, We build spatial database apply Geodatabase model and ArcSDE for realizing Integrated memory of the attribute data and the space data. At the same time, establish forest resource management system using Arcobject, which achieve two ways inquiring from the space data to the attribute data or from the attribute to the space data, statistic analysis, the plan designing, special subject drawing and so on. It will realize information and digital of forest resource management and provide the technology uphold to the forest resource sustainable development.
