Research, Digital Property Management System Based On Gis Technology

With the rapid development of computer technology and component-style GIS technology, as well as all levels of government increasing emphasis on property management. The establishment of Digital Real Estate Management System which to realize digital of Real Estate Management is one of the most pressing tasks of China's real estate management. GIS technology has played an important role in the construction of real estate management system. Traditional GIS is facing many difficult problems because of some technical reasons, and ComGIS provides a new solution to the problems faced by the traditional GIS. Some advanced technologies are used to develop Digital Real Estate Management System of Zhenjiang City, such as ComGIS, spatial database, etc. Practice has proved that Digital Real Estate Management System had solved a number of drawbacks which exist in the current real estate management information system to a large extent, achieved the scientific management of the Real Estate information, and greatly enhanced the efficiency of management.At first, based on the fully studied the GIS Component and GIS development model, proposed J2EE-based systems integration of GIS and application system in this thesis, This program can realized that a variety of application data, geographic data and other data sources integrated into the application system efficient and seamlessly efficient, seamlessly EJB. This integration scheme was applied to the real estate information technology field in this paper, realized the integration of GIS and real estate business processing and information management system. In this paper, research results are mainly embodied in the following areas:1) Identified development model of Digital Real Estate Management System of Zhenjiang City through analysis of the GIS application system development model.2) GIS Application System Integrated Program based-on J2EE was proposed by reseaching and analyzing the method of GIS application system integration. Then taken this program as guidance, completed integration between subsystems of digital real estate management system, validated the feasibility of an integrated program.3) In this paper, provided the corresponding solution to difficulties which was involved in realization of real estate through research and analysis. 4) Designed and implemented Digital Real Estate Management System of Zhenjiang City base on theoretical studies made by reseach, validated the feasibility of theoretical studies, and provided a sophisticated property management system for Zhenjiang City real estate management department.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following areas:1) In this paper, first proposed J2EE-based GIS application integration solutions based on research and analysis of integrated methods of GIS application system.2) In this paper, ComGIS, OA, spatial database technologies were used to complete the overall design of digital real estate management system, in the process of overall design, provided some better solutions to difficult problems in the digital property...
