With the social and economic development, the continuous improvement of network infrastructure and application level, enterprise-level information sharing will be the inevitable trend of market development.And Information sharing technology and the setup of related information-sharing platform attract more and more attention of various departments. And it is also an important direction of the future applications of information-sharing systems for all levels units from now on.During the past three years of Demonstration Center of Spaceborne Remote Sensing National Space Administration, it has accumulated many academic achievements, scientific and technical literature, and formed a serious of systems about students, financial management, project management, academic exchanges and other related systems. It has cultivated many academic teams in different directions of the remote sensing applications, with abundant human resources, as well as the mass of the remote sensing images and other data. The heritage and the development of Collective cultural need a kind of unification of comprehensive management tool. And a focused, orderly framework is required to manage and reflect the long-term accumulation of valuable resources in the center. In the mind of study and the inheritance, innovation and development, it is necessary to set up a platform for learning and innovation owned by our Demonstration Center.The purpose of the project is to design an information management platform which is developed by Demonstration Center of Spaceborne Remote Sensing National Space Administration and which is for their own. On the base of internal and external research and the research of other information management platform, on the clue of classification of the Center's resource and the users'requirements, make information sharing and utilization as the goal, the system is designed by. NET. It is a platform for information management -- - Learning and innovation platform.The overall design of the Platform for Learning and Innovation uses combining method of the.NET multi-storey architecture and the ArcObject components.The system uses the third-generation geographic data model--GeoDatabase to organize the vector and raster data. And use the way of Oracle + ArcSDE to build spatial databases. Refer to vector data and raster data, it builds a different storage and query algorithms. It can meet a variety of users and a set of requirements, and can meet aspects of the management of plain text data and remote sensing image data. And it provides a beautiful and friendly user interface, aimed at enhancing the visualization of information, cross-platform calls and ability to learn and learning from each other, thereby it can increase the overall learning and work efficiency in the center.For the application of external system, the system designed and implemented the distributed computing subsystem. Used Socket and distributed clustering technology to solve the problem of the slow photon tracking speed. And through the results contrast, the subsyetem markedly improve the computing speed.And the System reserved interface for the heterogeneous platform for future application.So the system has strong scalability.
