Study On Several Key Technologies In Electric-Communication Information System Based On AO

The category and number of the Electric-communication apparatus are various, and most of the apparatus are related to geographic spatial location. And so, a complete Electric-communication management information system need the support of GIS in order to analyze and deal with the spatial information of the apparatus. Moreover, The network structure of the facilities always changes, which need the network analytic function of GIS. Some professional modules will have been built in the professional system, GIS need be of powerful secondary-development ability, the problems in Electric-communication management system can be solved finely by introducing ArcObjects components of ESRI Company.The main content of this dissertation includes: the introduction to the development base of system ---AO, the researches on organization and management method of spatial data in GIS, the design of database in this system; the management of communication apparatus; data consistency during the process of data edit; the determination of the best line-inspection path by means of the network model of ArcGIS.
