| To find out what kind of problems appeared in the developing of the metropolis daily news reviews, this article focuses on the three factorsof Metropolis Daily news reviews-authors, topics and conceptions ofnews reviews. Eastern Morning Daily of Shanghai city, Xiaoxiang Morning Daily of Changsha city, Southern Metropolis Daily of Guangzhou city and The Beijing News of Beijing city are the four most influential and representative metropolis daily. This article analyses all the news reviews published in these four newspapers from April 1th to May 31th in 2005. Through careful analysis about the authors, topics and conceptions of these news reviews, this article tries to reason out: who could be the opinion leader? What should we choose between the 'virtual world' and 'the reality' , between the debate and the opinion autocracy. Based on the communication theories of two-step communication, opinion leaders, agenda-setting and the market of public opinions, this article find out some problems exists in the developing of the metropolis daily news reviews. Thus, the picture of the state quo of the metropolis daily news reviews emerges. Finally, this article gives some suggestions of the developing and reform of the metropolis daily. |
