It has been four years since Sina Weibo which has been a significant source of Internet information and shown strong power was founded in August 2009. Weibo is a double-edged sword in emergency communication, it is a significant tissue for us to study how to avoid the Weibo rumor and negative influence, more rational using Weibo.This paper try to discuss positive and negative influence of Weibo in emergencies spreading by analyze characteristics, classification and market structure of Weibo, and propose the issue of how to elaborate positive performance of Weibo in emergency communication combining with the performance in current emergencies. |
