The 21 st century is the age leading by informationalization.Along with the rapid progress of modern science and technology,the technology of the Internet of Things and Internet of Vehicles serve the economy and society with technical support of big data and cloud platform,and sensing technology,which strengthen logistics distribution in further.As a compound industry and productive modern service industry,logistics industry is closely associated with information technology.The IOT is an important carrier for information collecting,transferring,processing and application.As a microcosm of the logistics industry with particularly people's attention on “the last kilometer” of logistics,terminal distribution occupies an important position and innovation of terminal distribution model is accelerating with an ever speed.Emerging modern technology of logistics,huge market of terminal distribution and increasingly diverse distribution service requirements calls for exploring the law in the process of logistics terminal distribution and shaping the synergy,agile and creative mode in terminal distribution by effective conjunction of Internet and supply chain management.Based on theories and technologies of System Dynamics Theory,Game Theory,Synergetic Theory,Genetic Algorithm and SVM(support vector machine),this paper attaches importance into studying synergetic model,agile model and creative model in terminal distribution.First of all,the dissertation has carried on fundamental research.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research literature,this dissertation employs IOT theory,distribution theory,synergy theory,agile theory and creative theory to build foundation for terminal distribution model construction and analysis.Second is the overall architecture analysis of the new mode.This dissertation studies the evolutionary process,evolution principle,technical environment,the overall architecture of new mode and motivation mechanism of terminal distribution and builds maturity model of synergetic distribution,agile distribution and creative distribution,which directs the development of terminal distribution.Third is synergy distribution mode.This dissertation defines the concept of terminal synergy distribution mode on the basis of IOT technology,constructs the overall architectureof terminal collaborative distribution,analyses the synergy distribution mechanism.On the problems,such as the comparative-cooperative relationship among node subjects in the operating process of terminal collaborative distribution,this dissertation builds the jointly-decision-making model in collaborative distribution and evaluation & gaming model in collaborative cooperation,sets up investment strategy model upgraded by IOT under the conditions of uncooperative game,cooperative game and coordination & decision-making in cooperative game.Combined with examples,model demonstration is carried out.Fourth is agile delivery model.This dissertation defines the connotation and overall architecture of terminal agile distribution based on IOT technology,analyses the operation strategy,control and drive mechanism of agile distribution,establishes the locating model and delivery optimization model.Combined with Genetic Algorithm,model demon station is carried out.Fifth is creative distribution mode research.This dissertation defines the connotation and overall architecture of terminal creative distribution based on IOT technology,analyses the driving power of terminal creative distribution,establishes the system dynamics model collaborating terminal creative distribution with synergy distribution and agile distribution,builds maturity model of creative service capability of terminal distribution,and carries simulation experiment with a numerical example.The main innovation points of this dissertation lie in the following.Firstly,evolutionary rule of terminal distribution is analyzed to set up an internal relevance model among terminal synergetic distribution,agile distribution and creative distribution based on IOT technology.Secondly,research on operating mechanism of terminal synergetic distribution and agile distribution based on IOT technology is done.Apply Evolutionary Game Theory and Optimization Function Model in examples to result the application principles of investment strategy,scientific nodes location and vehicles path optimization in terminal distribution process.Thirdly,concept of creative distribution based on IOT technology is proposed and its basic connotation and features is defined and key elements variable correlation model of terminal creative distribution is established as well.
