The consumption of cooked meat products by Chinese residents has gradually increased,but some bulk cooked meat products have a short shelf life and are prone to spoilage,which can easily affect the image of cooked food companies.For the healthy development of the enterprise,chain cooked food enterprises need to pay more attention to the logistics and transportation of cooked food.Among them,the cooked food distribution link is very important to control the c of the enterprise and ensure the quality of the cooked food.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,this paper investigates and analyzes the relevant situation of J Cooked Foods Company.The products of Jinan J Cooked Food Company are produced,distributed and sold by the branch company,and the distribution center and distribution fleet are operated by themselves.The company distributes packaged cooked food products for some supermarkets,and equips ordinary vehicles for normal temperature distribution.For self-operated chain deli stores,refrigerated trucks are used to distribute bulk cooked food and short-term packaged cooked food.In terms of delivery time,the timeliness of both delivery requirements is relatively high.At present,there are problems such as unreasonable distribution routes,low time window completion,and unreasonable loading in the distribution link of J cooked food enterprises,which lead to high distribution cs and low transportation efficiency.According to the actual situation of J Cooked Food Company,relevant models are established respectively for its normal temperature distribution cooked food and cold chain distribution cooked food process.The distribution path optimization model of cooked food at room temperature takes fixed c and time window penalty c as decision goals.The cold chain distribution model of cooked food aims to minimize the total c after additional refrigeration and cargo damage cs.The path optimization problem studied in this paper is mainly solved by heuristic ant colony algorithm.For the normal temperature distribution model and the cold chain distribution model,the corresponding ant colony algorithm is designed respectively,and the results are obtained by MATLAB software.Based on the characteristics and constraints of normal temperature distribution and cold chain distribution,the distribution decision goal is the lowest total c,and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal driving path,number of vehicles and distribution order.Combined with the comparison with the actual distribution route in the past,the final optimized distribution route has a good effect.For J Cooked Foods,the length of the distribution route is reduced,and the distribution c is reduced.At the same time,it plays an important role in reducing the damage of cooked food,improving the on-time rate of arrival,and improving customer satisfaction.
