Modern logistics system can improve work efficiency, save limited natural resources, achieve information sharing and realize a unique advantage supply chain. Therefore using the logistic information system to ascend logistics enterprise competitive power, more and more logistics enterprises starts to pay close attention to how to use logistics system to the core competitiveness, this method is one of the most important methods. Commercial logistics as an important branch of logistics, involves several departments such as: the production enterprise, sales terminals, forms with logistics distribution center, connect multiple nodes, so far as to involve multiple enterprises of the supply chain system. The system of any node information appear problem, will affected the whole system of information flow, may make the department work behind, work stagnant, even Influence logistics enterprises performance. In order to solve the questions that the information cannot be quick circulation, information sharing is extremely low, the application software is designed using the IRP information resource planning (the idea and method of engineering), Using object-oriented method, combining logistics information automation software programming method, electronic tag automatic trigger technology, packing algorithm, the shortest path algorithm, commercial product class specific technology and algorithm calculated in the technical level of the logistics distribution system, we in order to solute the questions which the information is not convenient communications, the plan is Half-baked and the low efficiency of detail. The measures is helped the commercial logistics enterprise, distribution centers and the store supermarket to realize Collaborative operation. In the design of system function used in business modeling, data modeling, system modeling hierarchy system modeling method is more clear and easy operation. Meanwhile, using the database Server SQL Server and the complex business logic program in database of storage process, we separate the function of the system and the data, in order to guarantee system stable operation. This system mainly divided into seven subsystems, which included stores MIS management system, POS management system, distribution center management system, distribution center control system, information collection system.
