Research On Office Automation System Based On Knowledge Management

The Office Automation (OA) is an important part in enterprises information system. The development of the Office Automation System is synchronous with the data, information and knowledge's. The first generation of the office automation system, which main handled with the data, had developed to the next generation of the office automation system, which main handle with information and is developing to the third generation of the office automation system now which main transaction contents is the knowledge. It completed two flight leaps in three evolution stages of the office automation, one is data handles toward information handles; the other one is information handles toward knowledge handles.Carrying out the Knowledge Management is requirements of enterprise for adapting themselves to the social development, and it is also the goals of the enterprises information system construction. Combining OA with the Knowledge Management to construct the office automation system which is based on the knowledge management is the development trend in the new generation of the office automation system. For integration the office automation with the knowledge management, made the knowledge management play an important role and also made the office automation take place the quality to leap. The enterprises constructing the office automation system, which is based on the knowledge management, is a complex system project.This thesis, firstly, elaborated the current scenario in domestic and abroad research of the office automation and overviewed to the basic conception of the office automation and the knowledge management, and then analyzed the inevitability of the integration the two things from theory and implementation. So this paper put forward to the step of constructing the enterprise KOAS(the knowledge office automation system), and carryon the analysis towards the environment of constructing the enterprise KOAS, also drawing up how to construct the KOAS strategy. Main contents of the thesis research: Basing on the analysis of the KOAS function, strategy and project etc., It quoted the system structure of the third generation of OA system which was extensively accepted by the people. Basing on the current technique conditions and actual applied occasions of our country, it put forward amore concrete, more practical KOAS system structure and gave out the method and project of enterprise OA system which based on the knowledge management.
