Small Business Office Automation System Design And Realization

The thesis is the working type systematic design of network and article of the development technology about office automated system.This office automated system is to work in order to be improved management level, strengthen the harmony of working and improve the operation efficiency of the company to develop. Working with this system, the officer can achieve the goal of working without paper, optimize the resource distribution of manpower and achieve the goal of meeting company's development's needs.The office automated system is coding with the technology of ASP and SQL Server under the environment of DreamwearMX .The system is finished with the requiremen to fscurity, stability,enlargement and the fundamental of the oprateing plantform.This thesis has introduced relevant development backgrounds , technological backgrounds of this system at first, and have carried on the simple description to the overall system;and then, I introduced the trait of the technology ,the design of the whole system's compose and the data-base; finally, I have carried on the detailed description to this system onstage module design and the realization.In the coding of the system's process,my job is to finishing the coding of the page layout and the design of the data-base.During all of the working, I worked base on The Theory Of The Software Design,in order to improve the efficiency and the logic of coding. This thesis is my summarize with systemic and generally according to the design about the whole system and the experience of excellent program's coding, during my practice.
