Study On Office Automation System Of University And Its Application

With the continuous improvement of information technology, the application and technology of office automation system has developed in high level. It has become a important mark of modem society and component part of infonnationization construction of college. Firstly, the paper discusses the development, function and classification of office automation system, expecting to have a whole recognition of it. Secondly, the paper study and probe into the key technology of office automation system, giving model and structure of it. The following, according to the current situation of information system construction in Hohai University, Changzhou, the paper constructs an office automation system in it, including the whole structure, function, running environment and the application of some main technology, such as workflow technology, remote communication and the like. Finally, according to the development of current technology, the paper summarizes the present work and look into the future of office automation system.
