Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow Technology

With the popularity of computer and the coming of informational technologyera, there is a new round of digital revolution tide. The government starts to build itsE-government; the enterprises start to build their ERP enterprise resource project;colleges and universities start to build their URP digital campus so as to improve thespeed of information construction in our country. Since the author works in a collegeand has a fair knowledge of the information construction in colleges and universities,the thesis discusses the effect of informationization based on Office Automation System(OAS) in the information construction for the development of colleges and universities,and specifically takes OAS in Jinhua Polytechnic as an example to describe the effect ofOAS based on the workflow in the information construction in our college. The successof digital campus construction depends on the integration, application and reproductionof data on different layers such as personnel, finance and facility in schooladministration, which enables the staff of each department to cooperate, optimizesinformation disclosure and increases work efficiency through digital campusconstruction.With the development of computer and internet technology, the development ofresource system based on traffic flow technology is becoming the focus of informationconstruction in our society. At present, OAS development is established mainly on thebasis of workflow. The thesis conducts the study of the OAS workflow model and Petrinet analysis of document work process, as well as the study the B/S construction ofOAS associated with Web technology, puts forward a system development project withJ2EE technology to build appropriate OAS system in our college with powerfulfunction, low price and high commonality. The thesis discusses the function andimplementation, data process and storage, back-stage management, and etc. andconducts demonstration, design, development, debugging and online operation based onthe overall design conception of software project. This system is developed on thefoundation of J2EE and ORACLE database with Browser/Server model and theapplication of information technology, communication technology and office management concept, which marches toward electronic documents from paper ones.The project takes the first step to realize Intelligent Campus in the school. Themodern office model without any fixed work place will be turned into reality on campusafter OAS is put into practice. The documents can be handled with the access to Interneteven if the person is on business abroad, which increases the work efficiencydramatically. The establishment of OAS is on the road towards intellective, managerialand intelligent colleges and universities.
