There're three kinds of financial news , macroeconoraic news, industrial news and mieroeconomic news, the typical character of financial news is useful. There're five kinds of financial newspaper in our country, comprehensive financial newspaper, stock newspaper, new comprehensive financial newspaper, district financial newspaper and industrial newspaper. There're four typical phrases, the typical are Market newspaper, Chinese business times, Chinese business, 21 century economic reporting and The economic observer, The first financial times. The situation is that old financial times are planning to changing their systems, the stock times are changing into comprehensive financial newspaper, the new financial weekly are want to be daily news, and many new daily newspaper are taking place.But there are many problems, such as few audience, the homogeneity and too small advertisement. Lack of public trust is the most problem, shortage of reality, standing for interest group and supervising is not very well. For those problems, the article thought that the most importance is building up the trademark of financial newspaper, the trademark is the result of long history and lots of stories, there're four parts to build up the trademark, find out potential readers, recreate news, build up good reporters and promote the profession. At last, the paper thought that traditional times should pay attention to those problems on the way of transfering process in this new circumstances.
