On "Political marketing" concept political parties, leaders, organizations, groups, etc is run as a business operation. Its purpose is to make their own political philosophy, policy advocates, etc. so that the people accept and support, long among the people establish their own image, to form a unity and cohesion, and ultimately the government competence and governance continues to increase. In China 2006, a government spokesman system in Tsinghua University Task Force proposed the" Governing with the news " concept, and the government's " Governing with the news " ability grouped into increased use of information and the media image of the ruling party and the government, the ruling credibility and legitimacy and so the level of ability. In subsequent studies, including management, marketing, communication, psychology and other professional research results continue to be the introduction of government "news administration" capacity-building process.On this basis, the "political marketing" concepts and strategies related to the introduction of information governance capacity-building should become an inevitable trend. On the one hand it can emancipate the mind, improve the work of the government's positive news power and efficiency and, more able to deal with targeted public information work of various emerging issues and doubts. For governments at all levels, the news administration building is still in its infancy. In this process of exploration, some local governments made some useful attempts and achieved good social effects, but some of the problems in the face when exposed certain weaknesses and shortcomings.
