The teacher appraisal is an important constituent in the teaching appraisal. It is an important measure to develop the teachers' appraisal for promoting the teachers' quality and the specialized level. It is the basic guarantee of improving the school education quality. It is not only regarding on arouse the teachers' enthusiasm, but also straights education thought, deepens education reform, improves teaching work and the education quality to develop the teachers appraisal effectively, moreover it has the important promoter function to improve teacher's teaching level.Through domestic and foreign consults literature and interview of the partial teachers. We find the present teacher appraisal patterns have not the function that should have not only in theoretically but also in the practice. The present situation of the teacher appraisal is not to be very satisfied.At present, the teacher appraisal system for accountability pattern quite to be widespread in the domestic, but the academic circles believes that the teacher appraisal system for professional development is more reasonable. I compared these two kinds of teachers' appraisal system in contrast and proposed the multiplex teacher assessment pattern unifies domestic university's actual situation. I study the rationale and standard system of the multiplex teacher appraisal pattern. It is the important part of my research how to utilize the network technology, develops the multiplex teacher appraisal under the network environment.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction; it introduced the multiplex teacher appraisal's background, research content and goal, research measure and significance and so on. The second part has elaborated the present situation of teachers' appraisal and pointed out the main questions of present teacher appraisal patterns. I analyzed the two kinds of teachers appraisal from six aspects, has been clear about that the two is not the opposition relations, but was inherits and development relations. The third part carries on in detail elaborated to the rationale, the connotation, the characteristic, the function and the significance of multiplex teacher appraisal. Point out that humanism theory, multiple intelligent theory and developmental teacher appraise theory are the rationale basic of the multiplex teacher appraisal.
