Research On The Wireless Smart Sensor System Based On Bluetooth Technique

Wireless sensor system is the sensor technique of new era . IEEE1451 Standard is the direction of sensor development in the future. Developing the wireless smart sensor system which conbine the wireless smart sensor network and the IEEE1451 Standard will has a wide develop foreground.This paper researches on the wireless smart sensor system which conbine wireless sensor technique and IEEE1451 Standard, and has designed two wireless smart sensor model. Model I is the wireless system based on the IEEE1451 system, it stakeouts the standard local bus of the system and transforms it to the wireless data signal;Model II is the genuine multi-node wireless sensor system, it accord with the idea of 1451Standard,adopts the key technique of the standard.Bluetooth IC adopts the BlueCore2-external of CSR company,it realizes the wireless RF layer, baseband layer, link management layer and host controller interface firmwire. The conversion circuit of model I realizes by micro-controller and bluetooth model;The main controller of the model II system ,that is NCAP in the IEEE1451 system,adopts PC,it has wireless conmmunicating ability by the USB Bluetooth adapter.Adopting SOC Aduc812 to designed the small volume, low power wireless smart sensor node.The software of the system has realizes the USB driver on PC and the driver of bluetooth data transmission, the program in the wireless smart sensor node is accord with IEEE1451 Standard basically. In order to realize the low power,it should control the bluetooth to work in low power mode. Standard bluetooth protocol make the node could conmmunicate with portable device.We test the two system model ,too.Model I is made to a wireless smart remote control car demo model,it could work well in network control;The wireless smart sensor node of model II is tested in the aspect of power, transmission distance, sample speed and so on, it could meet the request basically.This paper also research on the connection manner of the Internet of NCAP.Adopts the bluetooth technique to realize wireless connection to Internet. In order to prepare with the wirelss connection to internet ,the paper has researched on the bluetooth wireless LAN Profile.
