Wireless sensor network is an intelligent control system with huge application and practical value,integrating data acquisition,data transmission and data processing.The interface standard of wireless sensor is provided by the IEEE1451 standard.This standard prompts the sensor a simple equipment,strong generality and high reliability,solving the problem that the intelligent sensor interface of all kinds of fieldbus is not unified.In the thesis,a wireless sensor network with plug-and-play function is built under IEEE 1451.5 standard protocol to realize wireless access and intelligent identification of sensor nodes.Based on IEEE 1451.5 protocol,WTIM module framework and NCAP module framework are built respectively.The processor STM32F103 is used as the core technique for developing software and hardware,configuring the TEDS table,and extending the peripheral circuit.At the same time,the wireless micro-controller CC2530 chip which is based on ZigBee technology is used to design the collection module with the weighing sensor as its core,and the collected data is transmitted to the network adapter through wireless.The design of wireless sensor interface module based on IEEE 1451.5 standard under the overall framework is realized,and the functions of data acquisition,signal conditioning,analog-to-digital conversion,data storage and wireless transmission are completed.The main functions of the NCAP module which is designed by the system are coordinator's networking,receiving and storing data.At the same time,a correction engine is built for the nonlinear output of the sensor,and the correction engine is analyzed by using cubic spline interpolation method,least square method and neural network algorithm.An improved neural network algorithm is used as the system correction model.According to the result of the test data,it shows that the output value of the improved algorithm the overall requirements of the system and realizes the intellectualization of network sensors.At the end,the collected signals which were processed are input into the computer through the serial port,and the experimental data is transmitted to the network by using the remote panels technology which is based on the LabVIEW software,verified by experiments,the collected data can be uploaded to the network.realizing the management and monitoring of sensors through the network.
