Along with the development of science and technology,the contact of human and the nature has become more and more close,more and more data also need to be exchanged with nature,The just way of obtaining analog signals from traditional sensors have been unable to meet the needs of modern humans for information transmission,in order to exchange data more efficient with nature,people need not only more intelligent and more advanced sensors but also need to connected with modern network,These are what we going to study in this article that the networked intelligent sensors based on IEEE1451 standard.In order to realize the hardware and software two aspects of the realization of the two aspects of hardware and software for intelligent sensor,this paper made the following researchs:1)As we know,IEEE1451 protocol is composed of several sub agreements,Firstly,each content of IEEE1451 sub agreement was studied,The key of our research is in the standard of IEEE1451.2 standard module as well as in the the structure principle of it,to do theory foreshadowing for later experiment based on IEEE1451.2 intelligent sensor hardware and software modules.2)Some researchs were done on the common type of piezoelectric sensor we usually use and its working principle also be studied.Different environment of the different types piezoelectric sensor is analyzes.Introduces the development process of DSP chip and mainly studied the function and structure of DSP2812 chips,realize the STIM module and TII module function of sensor based on the standard of IEEE1451.2 on DSP2812.3)The development platform named C51 of DSP2812 is introduced,and on its platform realizes the STIM and TII module of software function block,analyses the functions and implementation requirements of correction engine in intelligent sensor module,and then three kinds of commonly used algorithms such as least square method,cubic spline interpolation and neural network were combined with senors in correction engine,This article alse give the the advantages and disadvantages of the three algorithms.Finally through the function chain neural network algorithm solved the disadvantages of neural network algorithm,and the eample of correction using the algorithm was given.4)The VC + + software has a friendly interface and the Matlab software has a powerful data processing ability,combining with the two kinds of software we design a PC interface of calibration the engine test software of the intelligent sensor,and studied the places we should pay attention to when programming on two kinds of mixed programming software.
