Bluetooth Technology And Its Applied Research In Wireless Sensor Network System

As a wireless communication technology with low power consumption in short distance, bluetooth is quite suitable for wireless sensor networks usage. It is advanced to bring bluetooth into wireless sensor networks. At present, this application is still in the initial stage. This thesis is focused on the exploration and research of the bluetooth application in wireless sensor network system.Firstly, by analyzing and comparing several wireless technologies, it is determined that bluetooth is more suitable for wireless sensor networks. Then, based on project requirement analysis, a solution of mobile data collecting system based on bluetooth is presented. It is also discussed in detail of the availability of the solution.Secondly, by choosing hareware chipset, the hardware model of bluetooth sink gateway is designed and the detail solution is also presented. The hardware system has the characters of simple structure, small size, low power and low cost.Thirdly, according to the schema, the architecture design of software is discussed, and the front data collecting software and the terminal data processing software of the system are implemented separately.Finally, by testing and analysis, the result shows that the system meets the requirement of actual application perfectly. The system implements the wireless connection between front sensor nodes and mobile terminal equipment, which gets rid of the bondage of wire line successfully. The system has the characters of portability, flexibility and expansibility.
