With the increasing investment in taxing system, informationalization in this field has been walking forwards smoothly. However, those application systems released by State General Tax Bureau and Jiangxi State Tax Bureau don't cover enough to establish a comprehensive platform. For carrying out this problem, Ganzhou State Tax Bureau sets up an objective called "Three in One", which means to combine Jinshui Project network, outside network, and inside office network all together into a brand new platform. After lots of research, our bureau confirms the strategy that concentrates on systematical combination with complementing rebuilding, for developing an office platform. In that status, most of the administration matter will be controlled by computer by taking advantages of existing administration software. Therefore, our computer network and administration process will run more efficient.This thesis instances the office platform of our bureau to introduce how office automatization is applied in taxing system. The first chapter analyzes the background and purpose of developing office platform. Chapter two mainly introduces the official document system and Jinshui project website existing in our bureau. Also, according to the situation of actual administration platform, the author gives his scenario. The next three chapters concentrate on how this platform will be designed and implemented. First, by separately analyzing the data structure between Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and integrated official document operating system, the author designs the data structure of office platform, and then, gives the function design through introducing modules design and traits of ASP. Finally, he shows how this system can be put into use in detail.
