We have made an comprehensive analysis for the design of the platform. On the basis of these analysis, we proposed a round scheme which had a optimal combination of ASP technique, SQL data base technique as well as B/S model. These techniques are all widely applied computer technology including computer network conference. E-mail receiving and posting, daily data inquiry the thesis has paid close attention to the narration of the system design. after a long period of practical testing, the system has regarded as an successful system possessing over-all features such as comprehensive design, robust and convenient functions.According to our practical experience for the development of the platform, the thesis is mainly talking about the design scheme and procedure for the system.
