Design And Implementation Of Automatic Marking System For Office Operation

Along with the social information degree unceasing enhancement, the computer application in the daily work is becoming more and more important, and the teaching of Computer application courses which takes Microsoft Office as the main content are increasingly common, and the requirements of automated testing are also more and more high. Under this opportunity, the realization of automatic marking of Office operation has already become a hot research.At present, the domestic automatic marking of Office operation question is mainly based on several ways such as RTF, VBA, but with the upgrade of MS Office products, related marking technologies can no longer be fully adapt to the new requirements of automatic marking. This thesis proposes a solution, which realizes the automatic marking by parsing office document with Open XML SDK. This thesis do a series of researching and developing work about the design and implementation of automatic marking for Office Word operating-question, the main studying contents of this paper are as follows:1. Through expressing types of operation questions and marking parameters by Knowledge Points Database, the system achieved automatic marking of existing operating-question and can achieve automatic marking of new operating-question by extending the Knowledge Points Database, so as to improve the scalability and adaptability of system.2. Designing marking parameters file of XML format to describe the examination questions asked and scoring rules, and designing auxiliary system to produce marking parameters file automatically, so as to improve working efficiency,and enable users to produce exam questions by themselves, and achieve the automatic marking of Office Word.3. Using Edit Distance algorithm to solve the problem of location of XML element, and exclude the interference produced by misoperation, and combining the Regular Expression to realize the matching of attributes, so as to improve the fault tolerance and reliability of system.4. Making customized scoring rules which can enable users to make marking rules according to the degree of operation error, so as to improve the flexibility of system.In the end, the author made a comprehensive test on the system. Experiments show that the system has the basic ability of operating automatic marking, has strong fault tolerance, high reliability and good flexibility. The design scheme and realization method of this system are also applicable to the automatic marking of Excel and PowerPoint.
