Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Office Automatic System For Xinxing Pipes

With the further development of Society Informatization,enterprises are paying more attention to enhance the office efficiency.Office automation(OA)is being applied by more and more enterprises.According to our company's actual requirements and after investigation of affiliated company's OA running conditions,we develop one set of suitable computer-centered OA system ourselves based on the workflow concept and internet technology.During the R&D process,we mainly did the following jobs:(1)We fully investigated the staff's daily office requirements and categorized them scientifically.We take the categorized requirements as the necessary functions of our new OA system.According to our current OA application and actual running conditions and requirements,the Web system is adopted with the environment of Tomcat+Struts+Hibernate.The system code has the advantages of stronger portability configurability.(2)According to planed programs,the demand constraints shall be taken as the must-have requirements.Choosing proper technology to design structure and software systematically.After several comprehensive verifications and discussion,the software VS 2010 is finally adopted as the development platform of whole system with the Java as system development language and Mysql as data base.During structure hierarchy,the Struts and Hibernate frameworks are auxiliary.After structure hierarchy,the system module is divided in detail.Also the database design and persistent object design are performed respectively.(3)After the general design program is completed,we start the design and realization of system core parts and hardware and software.During logical layers design,it is divided into web display layer,business logical layer and resource layer.Subsequently the realization analysis of the user's private administration module,contacts list module,workflow module and system administration module is performed.The definition and design of persistence and business logic are done as key items.The system package is completed in the end.The analysis requirement of hardware unit is briefly described.The analysis of server related to system runningeffect is also performed.(4)After completion of system design,we test the browser,pressure,function and response speed according to office requirement.The test results show that Xinxing Cathay Resources Development Co.,Ltd's OA system interface style is coordinated and work performance is stable.There is no serious safety loophole in test.The system resources are properly used and the work efficiency is improved greatly.All in all,the achievement of researching this system is that a suitable OA system for us is designed and developed after investigation and analysis.This paper introduces the test of designed system,during which the problems are found and fixed.The system is further improved.Through the operation of this system,work process and documents management automation is realized.The convenient safe internal contact platform is established and the distributed office business handling is realized.Work efficiency and enterprises operation ability are greatly enhanced at last.
