In recent years, an increasing number of enterprises have realized the importance of HRM, so they all purchase HRIS fit for their own characteristics. Without HR software, by using traditional manual arithmetic, HR would spend almost all of their energies in dealing with affairs like the attendance of employees, files and issuing salaries, leading to low work efficiency.With the development of internet and the theory and practice of e-commerce, HRM has transformed from traditional HRM into new modern HRM, and from manual HRM into electronized HRM stage. E-HR refers to electronized HRM. And its ultimate goal is to raise the work efficiency of HR, improve the quality of service and lift the value level of HR work.This article takes the design and development of the building project of e-HR system of the group company as the background, referring to the demand analysis, systematic analysis and ST and other links to write this article. E-HR system is, based on J2 EE framework, e-HR HRIS of B/S structure which totally adopts open source tools, whose functions include staff management, salary management, training management, recruitment management and attendance management, several,models.This article first starts with the development and current conditions of HRMS, explicating the research meaning of the project; and then, it introduces main involved techniques to realize the system, including J2 EE development platform, MVC design model and application framework; analyze the systematic demand later on, and explain the general structure design of the system, the systematic module division and main functions of every module, the design of database and the design of business flow; stressfully describe the design and realization of the recruitment module in the system, and explain the key problems in realizing the recruitment module of the system in detail, and make a summary of the project in the end.This article stressfully research in the following acpects:(1) Know the current situation of the present HR work and the cause of needing to develop HRIS. Analyze the main trend of e-HE system and its relevant techniques, understand the situation of the industry at home and abroad, preparing for the system selection.(2) Deeply research and analyze HRS product of Neusoft, further know its functional characteristics, technical framework, and consider its match degree with the existing HR business in our company.(3) Based on the practical situation of HR business of our company, conduct the demand analysis and combing, and tidy important functions needed by every business module.(4) Design the environment needed by the system, including the software and hardware environment, assembly, framework and database, etc.. start corresponding development work according to the designed content.(5) Test the developed system, record and modify the problems and deficiency, collect the final comments of users and optimize the system.
