Network Collaborative Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System

The information technology is developping rapidly, and as a result the fierce competition is increasing.Then enterprise must change the way of business which is independently, scattered in office applications. The enterprise needs cooperative work, comprehensive, as well as integrated solutions. Network is the best way to solve the bottleneck problem of information communication difficult and cooperation efficiency. Office automation, abbreviated as OA, the automation of information processing that work , it utilizes advanced technology, makes various official working operational activities of people's help to finish by various apparatus , various man-machine information systems progressively , reaches and fully utilizes information, improves working efficiency , work quality and productivity .The office automated systems are based on ChongQing Showker mechanical & electrical technology co. ltd's internal management and business developing demand, exploits the computer technology, Internet technology, implements enterprise's office automation, and manages the information. The system is designed in such demand, .NET Framework and directory services are mainly adopted during the designing and developing process. .NET Framework and ADO.NET are introduced in this thesis. Those three modules are respectively expounded through graphic chart and flow chart according to the function description, database structure design, the designs of data access layer and application layer, and source codes and detail process of some interface functions are provided in this thesis. As for network information service, the three layer service architecture and distributed information processing technology are considered in this system. By adopting B/S mode, the client just uses browser to complete the internal information processing and inquiries, which achieves successfully information sharing and information exchanging.Currently, the system has been in trial operation in the corporation, which achieves the desired goal. The system, can basically meet the most demands of the company. Additionally, concise interface, flexible custom-built functions reflect the humanistic idea of software design, improve the efficiency and automation of management, and save time and cost. The system meets the enterprise's demand for management with enterprise development strategy, and promotes the rapid and sustainable development of the company.
