Greatly increasing of the information data, plus thetraditional office model cannot achieving effective long-term preservation of theseinformation, which leads to some important resources damaged or lost. Meanwhile, inthe management, the usage and maintenance of information exists on efficiency lowerdefect, but cost the company a lot of human material and financial resources toincrease the company’s economic burden. These questions mean business officemanagement work has become more difficult in the traditional office model withoutchange. Businesses will be struggling and effective application and modern officepattern will be instead of the traditional manual work patterns. That not only improveoffice efficiency, but also adapt to the demands of the information age.We started lately in this field, but has made many achievements after years ofresearch. There are still problems, compared to overseas which results in this areaearlier and is more prominent, especially in the United States. According to statistics,by the late90s, office system has led the United States economic growth ofapproximately one-fourth, more than any other industry. This shows that thecooperative office system for business management, decision making, managementand core competence plays a very important role in such areas.After years of development, office system has turned to diversified development,but also to improve the office management and scientific decision-makingeffectiveness as the main objective. Through the usage of office automation system toeffectively optimize organization management, it improves overall efficiency of theworkers realized information without time limit, enhances real-time information,strengths the consistency of decision making and reduces strategic decision.In this paper, we research the cooperative office system status and the developingtrends. With author’s practical experience, we show how to effectively leverage J2EEarchitecture and development discuss office system. According to the actualoperational needs of the system analysis, design and implementation we give a morein-depth study.
