Research On Security For Manufacturing Order Process System

Combined with the project of Science and Technology Office of Zhejiang Province—the study of Agile Manufacturing Management and its Application in Electronic Manufacturing Industry, the thesis puts the study emphasis on the security in the ordering processing information system from the point of manufacturing industry information system security. The security requirement based on the business process characteristic of order processing is analysed in the thesis, and a security solution that has application values for the system is designed.In the first chapter, the information system security definition, security model, international management standard, actuality and faced opportunities and challenges in manufacturing industry are discussed. The thesis probes into the importance and significance of information system security in manufacturing industry and analyses the research status in this field both domestic and abroad at present. Based on the above, the meaning, objective and main work of the paper are presented.Chapter two the representative order processing in manufacturing industry is analysed firstly, then the information system security requirements in order processing system based on business process is classified. During the analyzing process, two process- quoting and delivery time estimation which are the focus in order processing are identified, a model for ordering quoting and delivery time estimation based on IDEF3 diagram is designed. Then the risk of ordering quoting and delivery time estimation is evaluated, the key activities in order processing is acquired, and the related assets in the activities are probed into, which is the foundation of presenting the security solution for the order processing information.Chapter three combined former order processing information system security analysis, the security area for order processing information system is established, security solution is puted forward from the subject, object and resource of the security area .The security organizing model for order processing information system is established, also the key security technology for the order processing information system is discussed.In the fourth chapter, according to the research in former chapters, combined the agile order processing information system we developed, the case is analyzed and the solution for it is presented.The last chapter summarizes the study contents of the paper, and introduces the achievements and insufficiencies of the paper. Also the future research work is suggested.
