The21stcentury is an informationalized age when many management tools andideas such as ERP, BPR and BPI gradually turn mature. In the external context ofglobal ecomomic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, positiveintroduction of advanced management ideas and informationalized tools are the onlyaccess to reducing costs and improving competitiveness for the enterprise.The present thesis, through making an analysis of the technologicalcharacteristics, producing and operating process of the main product in the field ofradiator, aims to find out the ubiquitous management problems and accessible solvingmodels in the domestic radiator sector, and then makes it a rule by software formulaon the basis of certain advanced management model and experience of radiatorenterprises both at home and abroad.Take Company C, a typical enterprise of the radiator industry, as an example.After investigating, analyzing and diagnosing the specific conditions of the enterprise,the company breaks out the original inherent process and refines and reengineers theprocess aiming at the characteristics of the radiator industry, thus making order flowthe designing core of operating process and ERP system in the enterprise.By close combination of enterprise managing model and moderninformationalized management tools, an effective logistics, invoice flow as well asinformation flow are formed in order to ensure that the radiator enterprise caneffectively and quickly handle and manage the order in time. Combined withadvanced management tools like (Just-in-time, Kanban Management and barcodetechnology), the company outlines and successfully designs some modules closelyrelated to order flow (order management module, manufacturing management module,warehouse management module and finance management module), ensuring afavorable order operation and cost control of the radiator order process.The designed radiator ERP system is put into application to find out themanagement process and informationalized tools that are expected to optimize andimprove in actual use. And through continuous improvement, the existing problemsand loopholes are to be discovered and the system to be progressively perfected.At present, through incessant adjustment and improvement, the system has achieved favourable application effect in company C, and has been widely acclaimedby promotion among the internal journal. And the idea and the process have also beenadopted by many enterprises.
