Information System Design Of Bureau A Based On BPR

While the information technology and the ideas of BPR are general accepted by a majority of enterprises and other organizations in our country, how to utilize the advantages of information technology to optimize business process and to improve the management and working efficiency of organization have become the important issues that can't be ignored by us.Based on the Process Management ideas, the article analyzes the behaviour of the current information system in Bureau A in detail and points out the problems of the process which are in the construction of the current information system of Bureau A. In addition, we analyze the problems about information security and keeping secrecy which the information system will face from five aspects in detail and bring up the solution.When we try to solve the process problems of the current information system on the basis of BPR, we select the critical business process which affects the organization greatly to rebuild ,for solving these process problems better. Above all we use Aim Decision Model of Public Organization to determine the purposes of the BPR. Second, we apply fully the analytic tools such as Business Process Diagram and ASME method etc to the diagnosis and the analysis of the critical business process. In the end, considering the aim of the reengineering, we use the theory of BPR to design the project of the process reengineering. In accordance with the reengineered business process, we rebuild the information system in Bureau A.
