Research And Application Of SID In Telecom Operation And Supporting System

At present, all telecom service providers have accomplished their own business support systems. With the opening of the telecom market and the development of new telecommunication technology, telecom service providers begin to pay more attention on the construction of their Operation Supporting Systems. It is difficult to connect different legacy systems together, so there are many information isolation islands in provider's system.The first part of this thesis mainly researches about Telecom Management Forum theory of Shared Information/Data Model (SID) and enhanced Telecom Operations Map theories in New Generation Operation Systems and Software (NGOSS).
