Research For The Integration And Application Of Enterprise Information Systems

With the development of enterprise information, information technology and applications have been utilized in various fields including the science reserch, production, management and so on. The business application system has effectively managed and controlled the corresponding business processes and data, and has considerably enhanced the management level and work efficiency, which greatly contribute to the rapid development of enterprises. However, the 'information island', which is inevitable in the process of construction, has seriously affected the enterprise's adaptability to changes. In the current fast economy background, the enterprise's ability to changes has directly influence on the profits. Consequently, how to effectively, securely, standardized implement the system integration has become an important issue for the current enterprise information construction.This paper firstly describes the status of enterprise information, and then combined with this current status, proposes the most reasonable overall solutions to the information integration. In other words, one should take the whole enterprise information requirement into account, according to the actual situation, plan the whole information system whole and select an appropriate integration platform to unite various information island'effectively by enterprise service bus. The paper validates the feasibility of the solution through a case, guarantees the synchronization between users' data and application system's data and optimizes the system mode of operation and maintenance. Besides the paper realizes the automatic synchronization between users' data and application system's, reduces the maintenance of system and accelerates the system's respond speed to basic data changes.The author participated in the requirement analysis and design of information system integration, and independently completed the design and implementation of user management system.The paper eliminates 'Information Island'and improves the enterprise's overall responsive ability and by regulating the enterprise as a whole enhances the manage level and work efficiency, which significantly increase the enterprise's competence.
