The appearance of fieldbus sensor has realized better combination of the technologies of sensor, digitized and computer, it has met the demands in the increasingly large amount of information and high speed of measurement and control system, the application of fieldbus sensor in market is more and more extensive.At first, the work principle and inside structure of the fieldbus sensor has been analyzed in this subject, and the structure of distributed system formed by fieldbus sensor has been introduced.Then, some CAN bus sensors are designed based on this structure model to measure and transmit the several important parameters in the course of well drilling. These parameters include of the torque of turnplate, the pressure of hook, the temperature of rolling shaft and the rotation speed of turnplate. Among them, the measurement of the first three parameters adopted the contact-type method, and the wireless transmission of the signals has been realized through wireless data transmission module, the measurement of the rotation speed of turnplate adopted the non-contact-type method through using Hall element sensor.
