About the multi-fieldbus integration, presently society has some methods just as fusing the field bus with the industry Ethernet and connecting different fieldbuses by hardware like gateway. Especially, various fieldbus can achieve transformation each other with standard interface based on the XML or DCOM. But it is a pity that not all methods have considered correspondence structure of fieldbus and levels of request of industrial data processing, therefore these methods cannot fully display the superiority of various fieldbus product.In view of the situation, the author take the Foundation Fieldbus and PROFIBUS as an example, has thoroughly discussed similarities and differences of their correspondence structure, ways of data processing and management, And take this as the foundation, have studied the feasibility of multi-fieldbus integration with hardware ,characteristic of data processing and net. at the same time, have analysed the characteristic and shootcoming of OPC DA protocol. finally, proposed a new integration method based on OPC DX technology and industry Ethernet.Then according to the characteristics of the coal mine to data processing, the author has applied the method above and multi-sensors information fusion in the coal mine production. for this, wrote the subprograms.This provided a new way to integrate the multi-fieldbus.
