The Development Of The Vibration Measurement Instrument Based On WorldFIP Fieldbus

Vibration measurement is an important part of realizing the system status monitor and fault diagnose. This paper primarily describes how to design vibration measurement instrument based on WorldFIP fieldbus, how to realize control and parameter configuration to the instrument using fieldbus. The contents of paper contains the selection of the primal devices, the design of the hardware circuit , the development of the drive programe and how to realize the communication between vibration measurement instrument and fieldbus. In the part of the hardware circuit design, the structure of the circuit and the principle of the instrument are described in detail. In the part of the software design, the whole working process of the instrument is described in detail, and that how to realize software phase-locked loop and full period vibration sampling using 68HC12 are also detailed in this part. The present develop level of the vibration measurement instrument in domestic and overseas, the meaning of developing and the basic character of vibration measurement instrument is also described. The error caused by the full period vibration sampling is analysed in the paper.
