Power and energy management system is a distributed computer control system combined with modern communication, computer and automatic control technology. Hangzhou Cigarette Factory consumes a large amount of energy, in order to save energy and comply with the clean production requirements of the National Cigarette Bureau, the establishment of a unified and comprehensive energy management system is an important means to achieve national emission reduction targets for the factories and enterprises. The implementation of this system, is about monitoring the major energy-consuming part of two-stage energy flow meter in Hangzhou Cigarette Factory, to achieve accurate energy consumption measurement and analyze energy consumption indicators, explore the potential of key point energy saving and promote energy efficiency.After the inspection of the relevant literature, analysis of hardware and software resources needed to achieve the system goal to build a cigarette factory digitized information Hangzhou Cigarette Factory, and on the basis of the original energy metering management network in two-stage energy flow meter monitoring system solutions, the main work and results of this paper are as follows:1, A systematic overview of systems research background is given, with the application of the present situation and development trend of the FF bus technology and on-line monitoring techniques. Based on the project design schematic, combined with the existing condition of the energy measurement system, the article proposes the solution of two-stage flow measurement.2, General description of the monitoring solution and system architecture of two-stage energy flow measurement, and a detailed discussion of the selection of the flow meter, network hardware configuration and system software platform. 3, According to the functional requirements, the monitoring system is designed based on two-stage energy flow metering with the FF bus technology. Through the structure of flow meter bus network and the configuration of the instrument parameters, the article gives the physical link implementation process of two-stage energy metering.4, Industrial automation configuration monitoring software iFIX is used during the designing of the monitor system on the server, to implement the traffic system monitoring, and on-site data collection.5, According to FF fieldbus network characteristics, the article combines three-stage energy metering system network topology, establishes two-stage energy metering networks, describes the system flow nodes communication, and the results to verify the implementation process.The article also creates teal-time monitoring system of two-stage energy flow measurement according to the requirements, where the network nodes are labeled clearly, with accurate data measurement, which lays a solid foundation for Hangzhou Cigarette Factory energy saving and the statistical analysis of energy consumption.
