With the rapid development of network media industry,the domestic traditional media companies faced with the increasingly fierce competition,effective human resource management is one of the world first-class enterprise to achieve strategic advantage important component.At present,due to the rapid development of network media and the media,traditional media domestic enterprises generally because of the old management system and unscientific compensation system,reduce the staffs work enthusiasm and quality of work,gradually lost to the appeal of the professional,so that they have left the company.Many companies can only rely on time-consuming internal training,but still unable to retain talent for a long time.Heze C media company as a traditional paper media company,its talent team is facing a severe test.The high turnover rate of enterprise employees,especially staff members and managers,threatens the company's core competitiveness as a traditional paper media enterprise.The loss of editorial staff has seriously affected the quality of print journalism.The loss of operating personnel has affected the traditional media enterprises which have been mainly paid by advertising.The flow of business personnel has had a serious impact on the operation and development of the whole company.How to train the talents of the company to build a high-quality and comprehensive talent team is the key to the advantages of heze C media company in the current market competition.In Heze C media company as an example,through the study of relevant literature both at home and abroad,in ERG theory,Vroom's expectancy theory,Skinner's reinforcement theory as the theoretical support,using literature research,case study method,study and other research methods,to introduce the basic situation and the current status of the management of human resources,according to its internal staffs loss problem on the questionnaire survey,through the analysis of the questionnaire to collect data to find the Heze C media company staffs loss due to the existing problems and reasons.In order to fully and accurately understand the root cause of employee turnover in C media company,surrounding the previous studies,the questionnaire was developed,and the five indicators of employee satisfaction were included,and the degree of satisfaction of the employees in the company was investigated.In addition,through face-to-face communication with the departing employees,various factors of employee turnover are discussed.According to the research,the employee turnover of C media company is mainly due to the enterprise development prospect is unclear,lack of scientific and reasonable compensation system,the promotion channel is not smooth and neglect enterprise culture construction and so on.Based on the results of the survey,a solution to solve these problems is designed.Based on the principle of fairness,systematicness and people-oriented,it mainly includes the establishment of a scientific salary system,the expansion of promotion channels and the cultivation of a strong corporate culture.These specific measures have certain reference value for C media company to deal with employee turnover.
