With the prosperity of the financial industry,the rapid development of its own banking business requires the recruitment of a large number of professional talents.At present,talent is the most important resource for all banks.Recruitment of personnel is an important part of the work of the bank's human resources department,is the basic work of banks to maintain normal operations and improve service levels.In order to improve the quality of recruiting bankers,each bank's human resources department has invested a large amount of money in the standardization of recruitment processes and the construction of working platforms.Due to the strong professionalism and strong work intensity of the banking business,employees often have to conduct various tests when hiring.When the number of hires increases,the workload of hiring increases sharply.At present,due to technical limitations,HR Department of Lanzhou Rural Commercial Bank involves a lot of repetitive work and takes a lot of manpower and time in recruiting staff,arranging and reviewing resumes,arranging notices of written interview,and management of written interview scores.As workloads increase,traditional ways of working are prone to missing notifications,long time-consuming issues,neither productivity nor hiring in the HR department.Human resources recruitment is the focus of the work of the bank's human resources department,how to improve the recruitment methods,to maximize the recruitment efficiency and improve the quality of recruitment is the bank's human resources department is very concerned about the subject.Based on the current problems in the hiring of staff,combined with the urgent needs of human resources department,this paper designs and realizes "staff recruitment management system".The main work of this paper includes:(1)to complete the system functional requirements analysis.Detailed investigation of the current staff recruitment actual work flow,set the system goals.According to the actual business,the system role is divided and the function module is designed.The non-functional requirement analysis is completed according to the system usage scenario.(2)Complete the overall design of the system.Based on the requirements analysis,the system function module,system network architecture and system database design are completed.Taking into account the compatibility of new services to adopt MVC hierarchical design patterns;to simplify system deployment and upgrades,the use of B / S network architecture.Through the E-R chart data modeling system to complete the database table design.(3)Complete system development and testing.Carry on the software realization to the system,the system function is complete,realize the functional design in the demand analysis.The system functions and performance testing,test results show that the system module is working properly,negative multi-user load capacity is good.This article has established an information management system that covers all aspects of employee recruitment.The system completely covers employee recruitment process,standardizes the work of human resources department and improves the level and competitiveness of banking.In addition,the emergence of this system solves the problem of omission of notice and long time-consuming in traditional work,and effectively improves the work efficiency and quality of work done by the human resources department of Rural Commercial Bank.
