As a knowledge-gathering industry, the media industry has relatively high requirements for employees. Not only for senior managers, the requirements are higher, and the requirements for ordinary employees are relatively high.Like management talents, ordinary employees also play a very important role in the performance of media listed companies. This paper takes the characteristics of ordinary employees of media listed companies as the research object, discusses its internal relationship with the company's performance, and proposes countermeasures to improve the human resources management of media listed companies according to key factors. The number of employees, professional composition, education level, and employee compensation are the characteristics of ordinary employees. This paper draws the following four main conclusions: First, the number of employees has a positive correlation with the performance of media listed companies;Compared with the ratio of technical personnel and administrative and financial personnel, there is a significant positive correlation between the performance of listed companies and the performance of listed companies. The proportion of sales staff has a negative correlation with the performance of listed companies.Third, the proportion of low-educated employees is listed on the media. The impact of corporate performance was negatively correlated;the proportion of highly educated employees was positively correlated with the performance of listed companies in the media;the general education had no correlation with the performance of listed companies;and the fourth was the positive correlation between employee compensation and the performance of listed companies.According to the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward four countermeasures for the management of ordinary employees in listed companies in the media: First,do not blindly reduce the number of employees, configure the number of employees suitable for the company's development;second, increase the number of production and technical positions, control the number of sales staff The third is to increase the proportion of masters and above,to attract highly educated employees;the fourth is to improve wages and benefits, and use short-term salary incentives and long-term compensation incentives in parallel.
