With the development of computer technology,more and more people use computers to aid work,the computer can automatically do a lot of work to improve the efficiency of the relevant staff,to save operating costs.This is China's power enterprises is also a very good opportunity,if power companies to seize this opportunity,and by way of the development of information systems for management-related matters,which is the development of power enterprises is very meaningful.The main topic of this project comes from a power company,the company will take into account the burden of a large number of rural power grid renovation project each year,and the project management and control is also very important,so consider the development of information systems,to assist projects of rural power management,through the development and deployment of information systems,can be achieved on rural power grids project information management.By studying this subject we can solve three major problems,namely rural network engineering controls in inefficiencies,agricultural information network management and control work in rural power engineering issues and opaque control costly problem.This project is based on the specific requirements of the power company,to develop a set of units for construction management,construction project management,on-site implementation of the project management information system,and the system should also provide the generation of data management and reporting function in order to improve the efficiency of the power supply company management of rural power grids project,and to improve the utilization of data.Significance of this project is to:through the deployment of information systems can not only improve the power efficiency of the company,and can effectively avoid problems and errors traditional management generated in the process;the use of information systems approach to achieve during the project's full management and monitoring It can effectively protect data from unauthorized access.This thesis combined with the actual situation of the power company,using B/S architecture and Java EE related technology,developed the Power company Rural Power Project management and control systems.This thesis completed the following work:Study the rural power supply project management system at home and abroad,study the related management information systems and technical documents,and these documents summarize,organize,grasp the status quo at home and abroad,and defined the possibility of system development.Research the related technologies,analyzes the development of the system to use the system technology system development,learning and in-depth understanding of the Java programming language,while the Struts framework and Hibernate framework-depth study and master the associated Oracle Database technology.System requirements analysis,functional requirements for a power company rural network engineering management and control systems,and system performance requirements detailed business processes were analyzed.And the target system and the system user specific analysis.System disign,rural network engineering for a power company management and control system is designed.The system function modules and databases were designed respectively by UML sequence diagrams and entity relationship diagram.Use MyEclipse development tools to achieve the entire information systems.In the system development process,namely in accordance with the requirements of the system was tested,the system development is completed and for the overall testing,integration testing,system testing of the main purposes is to ensure the system can meet the user's specific requirements.After the completion of the development system is deployed to a power company's network environment,the system is running well,in line with the actual requirements of the company.
