The Design And Implementation Of Project Management System For An Urban Construction Group

In recent years,the urban construction group has emerged many cross-regionalbusiness in addition to the local ones.The development of the urban construction grouphas been severely limited by the manually performed management system.A well-designed construction project management system is necessary to solve this problem.There are five modules in the urban construction groupproject management system,namely project planning management,project materialmanagement,project accounting management,project progress reporting and projectlist management.Specifically,project planning management includes WBSdecomposition,staffing,results planning and schedule planning.The project material management consists of the maintenance of the basic project information,themaintenance of hospital project information,the main responsibility project information,the contract information,the BIM implementation information,theparticipating projects information,and the compilationinformation involved in the project splitting.The project accountingmanagement achieves the inspection cost breakdown,the maintenance of cost,and the maintenance of accounting table.The project progress report achieves thesearch progress report,the project progress report,the approval progress report,the statistical report,and the return progress report.The project list management manages the basichospital project information,the listof main responsibility projects,and the list of participating projects.The proposed urban construction group project management system adopts the B/S architecture,and Spring MVC&Mybatis frameworks.The system presentation layer is designed by using Spring MVC View,JSP page,CSS style sheet,the logic layer employs the Spring MVC framework,and the data layer is implemented mapping and encapsulation with database tables through the Mybatis framework.The SQL Server database is used to store the project management data.After applying the urban construction group project management system,the project management process becomes cost-effective.The new system enhances thetransparency of the urban construction group project construction process and ensures the information of material can be shared between patterns.In addition,the cost of the urban construction group project be tracked during the process,and the financial benefits of the urban construction group will be maximized.
